The customer service agent will be the link between the customers and the company's various internal departments. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction from initial ordering all the way through to after sales service while respecting the company's policies, standards and guarantees.
Job Description:
Answer calls, emails and faxes from customers regarding various questions related to delivery times, price requests, or after-sales service and ensure follow-up; Inform and negotiate solutions and service fees with customers; Take orders on various computer systems; All other related tasks.
Requirements:
- High school diploma and/or 3-5 years experience in customer service;
- Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite;
- Very good organizational skills, ability to manage priorities, sense of collaboration, customer focus, autonomy;
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is an asset.

- Produce technical plans and 3D renderings using 2020 software.
- Manage several files at the same time, follow up on projects in progress.

- Knowledge of 2020 software (an asset)
